To strengthen our relationship with our business associates, we are introducing a dedicated Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) helpline. All queries, concerns and grievances can be registered through this channel and will be assigned a reference number. Our team will respond within three working days and work towards timely resolution.
The CRM team will have direct access to the management, ensuring that important matters receive the attention they deserve. Associates may also be connected with senior management, including the Managing Director, whenever required.
